Check if Zoom is down to see if you need to do more troubleshooting. You may need to fix your camera or fix your microphone on Zoom after an update. Update Zoom automatically on Chromebook by restarting your device. Update Android apps from the Google Play Store. If there isn't, then you do have the latest version. If there is one to download, you don't have the newest version. The quickest way to check if you have the latest update for Zoom is to check for an update.
